      Our Self Defense & Personal Protection Program/ Classes  are designed to inspire, educate, and empower our clients. This not a "Tough Guy/ Gal"  type of self defense system (ex: brawn on brawn or just physical training); it is more of a "cerebral" or thinking person's type of self defense. It is more of a "Confrontation Management  System".

      Yes, you will learn physical techniques and tactics, like empty hand strikes, kicking, and the use of improvised weapons. But the true success of our program is based on awareness, avoidance, verbal de-escalation, and then physical tactics, techniques, or escapes.

       Our self defense/ self-protection classes are designed for men, women, and teens of all fitness and skill levels. We provided a safe, fun, and non-intimidating, yet effective training environment. Our instructors are not ego driven and they encourage their clients to modify the material presented to fit their personal needs, ability, or interest.

      We stress to our clients that they have a right to protect and defend themselves. We also point out that you are your first line of defense and it is your responsibility to do what you must do in order to survive!

      With our training you will learn that your level of awareness, your action/ re-action to the threat , and your level of commitment to efficiently and effectively "neutralize" the threat will ultimately determine your survival.
