    Our Mission is to provide you with the strategies, tactics, and concepts needed to prolong your survivability during a verbal or physical altercation, conflict, or attack. We will teach you Reality Based Self Defense Concepts that can help you confidently defend and protect yourself and your loved ones.

    This is accomplished by providing our students with a blend of various training modalities designed to increase your attribute level and self-defense/ fighting skill. This is not a random mixture of martial arts but rather a series of proven training methods and Self-Defense/ Self Protection concepts!

    Our self-defense/ fitness classes allow the students to use the martial arts & Self-defense training as a form of personal expression. We know that everyone has different body types, skills, abilities, strengths, and weaknesses so we allow our students to explore and use what works best for them! Our self defense program is about the individual, not about a ridged system, style or product!
